, here is the attack perpetrated by an 18-year-old refugee whose family should have been denied the right to asylum ... "
After the horror of the beheading of a teacher by an Islamic terrorist, the weekend has indeed seen the development of a" case to case ".
As revealed by
Le Point
, the family of Abdoulakh Anzorov, who arrived in France after leaving Russian territory in June 2007, had been refused refugee status after years of investigation by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons ( Ofpra) on November 19, 2010. This refusal was quashed by the National Court of Asylum on March 25, 2011. An important decision because, unsuccessful in their asylum application, the Anzorov family would have been liable to be returned from France.
Ofpra visibly estimated in 2010 that the story of Abdoulakh Abouyezid's father was not convincing.
