Approaching the election.

As of yesterday, 27.5 million American citizens had already voted in the early US presidential election, although only tomorrow in the United States will mark exactly two weeks until the opening of Election Day polls.

In the last line of the campaign, the presidential candidates are concentrating their efforts on the key countries, those countries whose results will decide the entire campaign.

President Donald Trump, who is trying to overcome a significant backlog in the polls, arrived last night in Nevada, a country that last voted for a Republican candidate in 2004.

According to a recent New York Times poll in Nevada, former Vice President Biden holds a six percent advantage over President Trump, yet the country is seen as one of the only "democracies" that could turn around and finally give its delegates to Trump.

Last night, the president held several events that were expected to culminate in a rally in support of Carson City.

While Trump has been holding election events at a dizzying pace in recent days, Biden continues to run a cautious campaign, and some would say slow in the face of corona restrictions.

On Saturday he did not hold a single event.

Last night, Biden arrived in North Carolina, a state where Trump won in 2016 and has cast her vote for a Democratic nominee only twice since 1968.

According to recent poll averages, Biden holds a slightly more than three percent advantage in North Carolina.

The Democratic camp has been concentrating in recent days on trying to prevent apathy or euphoria among Biden supporters, with polls all pointing to a large and stable democratic advantage.

"This race is much closer than many on Twitter or television claim," Biden campaign manager Jennifer O'Malley Dillon wrote in an email that was expected to be sent to staff activists.

"In key countries, where these elections are decided, we continue to be close to Donald Trump."

President Trump also made headlines on Saturday, at a rally he held in Michigan, from key states where Biden holds a big lead in the polls.

The president attacked the Democratic governor, Gretchen Whitmer, while his supporters encouraged in response "imprison her!".

"Schools must be open, right?" The president replied.

"Imprison everyone."

Trump's remarks have been widely criticized, especially in light of the fact that a far-right conspiracy to kidnap her has recently been exposed.

"I guess they say they threatened her," Trump dismissed.

The governor herself attacked the president and said: "This is exactly the rhetoric that has endangered my life, the lives of my family members and the lives of other government officials."

The second and final televised confrontation between the candidates will take place on Thursday.

The Conflict Committee announced the issues expected in the conflict, including the struggle in Corona, race in America and national security.

Jason Miller, the president's senior adviser on the campaign, said yesterday that Trump's approach would be different from his aggressive approach in the first confrontation.

"When you talk about style and attitude I think the president is going to allow Biden more space to express himself on some of those issues."
