The exhibition, which was held by the National Center for Visual Arts, for the Lebanese plastic artist, girl, praised Zahia, with nature and its colors, in a way that reflected the artist's feelings and was affected by her.

The artist, a girl with color spaces and thoughtful pigment smudges and spread in the space of her paintings, expressed an ardent state and compatible with her own feelings, to reflect to the recipient her sense of the advantages of nature, presenting paintings rich in an enjoyable and rich visual memory at the same time and colors attributed to the natural surroundings by collecting and composing them with care, focus and homogeneity.

Despite the similarity of her work to the style of printing by a number of Lebanese artists in general in this field, she was able to create a unique path that is based on transmitting the spirit of nature according to a specific perspective to the body of the painting, thus replacing the lines with transparent color blocks in a way that does not tire the eye and creates an impression of richness and mobility.

The oil colors that a girl exploded on her paintings reflected her love for light and joy, so her celebratory drawings with the colors of nature came to the areas of the paintings, which is far beyond the boundaries of the Impressionist and Expressionist school, to form her plastic philosophy based on elements closer to the languages of color than the languages of the seasons.

In a statement to SANA, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center, Dr. Ghayath al-Akhras, stated that due to the health measures due to the Corona pandemic, the artist, a girl, was not able to come to Syria, noting her plastic experience and the bold oil technique that she carries, which distinguishes her with the trembling of her feathers by touching the cloth.

Al-Akhras added: “The artist girl’s deep understanding and interaction with nature is transparent and poetic, as she talks with her in harmony, harmony and an amazing color texture, so her oily paste turns into a life energy that makes the recipient happy with her product.”

It is noteworthy that the plastic artist is a girl, Praise, was born in 1973 in the village of Kafr Malaki in southern Lebanon. She is a graduate of the Institute of Fine Arts in Beirut and has many individual group exhibitions.
