Parliamentarians should focus on the funds allocated to the recovery plan of 100 billion euros over three years (2020-2022) to try to save the tricolor economy.
The 2021 finance bill indeed includes 36.4 billion euros of commitment authorizations under this plan (stimulus mission), of which 22 billion should be disbursed next year.
The thorny question of the "counterparts" to aid granted to companies - a third of the plan - will not fail to return to the table.
