Mohamed Al-Sayed Ali, the worker concerned with cutting receipts for rice and sugar materials, according to the electronic card reading device, said that the new mechanism for selling subsidized materials has greatly contributed to reducing congestion and enabled elderly people to receive their allowances comfortably.

Sawsan Abdullah indicated that she lives in the Jamiliyeh neighborhood near the hall, and upon the arrival of a message to her cell phone inviting her to receive her allocations of rice and sugar, she came to the hall and did not find any congestion and received her allocations from these materials, noting the positiveness of this step, which enabled all citizens to receive their allowances without effort, as she noted. Fatima Masri and Yasser Jamous pointed out the need to continue with the new mechanism for selling the allocations of rice and sugar, as it guarantees them the ability to receive these allocations while they were not able to obtain these allocations periodically in the past due to overcrowding.

In the Al-Akramiyah Syrian Trade Hall, Khaled Shaaban, director of the hall, spoke about the rapid procedures in delivering citizens their allocations of sugar and rice according to the messaging mechanism, as work is done daily to sell two tons and 400 kilograms of sugar and rice through more than 250 messages, and citizens are received and their needs met since nine In the morning until nine in the evening, pointing out the advantages of the new mechanism that contributed to ending the crowded halls.

Radwan Sukkar, a resident of Al-Adhamiya neighborhood, said that he came to the hall after receiving a message on his cell phone to receive the subsidized materials, and that was done with ease.
