The Italian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 11,705 new infections with the new Corona virus, which brings the total number to 126,237, in addition to the registration of 69 new deaths, bringing the total deaths to 3,6543.
The Italian news agency AKI quoted the ministry as saying that most of the injuries were in the Lombardy province in the north of the country, where it recorded 2,975, followed by Campania, Lazio and Piedmont, while the least affected province was Molise, in the south of the country, where only 27 new cases were recorded.
In the Netherlands, the National Institute of Public Health announced the registration of 8,015 new cases of the virus, noting that an average of 7,827 confirmed cases were recorded daily during the past seven days, and 17 new deaths were recorded due to the disease.
In Georgia, the National Center for Public Health and Disease Control announced the registration of 1,186 new cases of the virus, which brings the total number in the country to 18,663, and 143 new deaths were recorded.
In Malaysia, the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 865 new cases of corona, bringing the total to 21,363, while the Ministry of Health in the Philippines announced the registration of 2,638 new confirmed cases of the virus, bringing the total number to 359,169, while the number of deaths due to the disease rose to 6,675 after recording 26 new deaths.
In Afghanistan, the health authorities announced the registration of 87 new infections during the past 24 hours, which brings the total number to 40,278 in addition to a fifth, bringing the total to 1497.
