Emmanuel Vasseneix, 55, has been president of LSDH since 2002. With his sister Christel and his brother Christophe, he is the third generation of the family business.
Sold to a cheese group in 1972, the family gradually bought it back between 1996 and 2007. Based in the Loiret, the group generates 900 million euros in turnover.
In addition to the Laiterie de Saint-Denis-de-Hôtel, it includes Les Crudettes (salads), Alsatian fruit juice and L'Abeille (non-alcoholic drinks).

We made very little use of partial unemployment and also very little requested state aid.
We overcame this ordeal thanks to the mobilization of all.
Our employees have remained fully invested.
Some had to be placed in partial activity, others in telework.
All those who could, continued their work on site while applying sanitary measures.
