The Corona Cabinet is expected to convene tomorrow, and discuss further exit from the quarantine • More on the topic: Health Minister Edelstein's proposal to increase fines for violators of guidelines • Removal of quarantine from ridges • Information source for "Israel Today":
If there are no last-minute surprises, Corona cabinet members are expected to convene tomorrow (Tuesday) to discuss the next phase of the easing.
But one of the options that will come up is to switch between the second and third stages.
That is, to bring forward the opening of commerce and the malls, and to postpone the return to school in first-fourth grades.

A source close to the details told Israel Today tonight that "it is not possible to open two phases at once."
The reason, he said, for the postponement of return to school stems from the Ministry of Education's preparation times, which are required from the study outline in the first- and second-grade capsules.
Ministers are also expected to discuss the outline of the return of ultra-Orthodox students to yeshivot according to the terms of the capsule.
In addition, Health Minister Yuli Eldstein will propose increasing fines for violators of guidelines.
Corona Commissioner Prof. Roni Gamzo this evening asked the Ministerial Committee for Restricted Areas to lift the closure in some red cities and some neighborhoods in Jerusalem due to the improvement in morbidity.
Indeed, the Committee of Ministers for Restricted Areas removed the closure from the locality of Rechasim.
Tomorrow morning, the committee will also discuss the other cities, including Modi'in Illit, Beitar Illit and the Metersdorf neighborhood of Jerusalem.
According to Prof. Gamzo, according to the criteria that led to the closure and crown in those cities, the required reliefs can be allowed even though there is a fear of latent morbidity according to the rate of positive tests and the amount of tests.
The debate over the ultra-Orthodox red cities also reached the Knesset today.
The chairman of the Yisrael Beiteinu party, MK Avigdor Lieberman: "If it is argued that it is impossible to send a policeman to every corner to close the Talmud Torah, then surely it is possible to compile a list of all those institutions that were opened contrary to guidelines
The chairman of the finance committee, MK Moshe Gafni, responded to Lieberman: "Suddenly, when it comes to the ultra-Orthodox, he changes his mind."
