Before the collective bargaining negotiations, which are scheduled for Thursday and Friday, around 100 strikers raised their concerns.
"We are systemically relevant", "Stop saving in the wrong places" and "Dignified care does not go in the piece" was written on the posters.
ver.di demands 4.8 percent or at least 150 euros more salary.
On Friday, employers offered a total of 3.5 percent more wages and salaries in three annual stages for the approximately 2.5 million employees across Germany.

As announced by the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the Association of Local Employers' Associations (VKA), the duration should be from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2023.
There will be an increase in fees of 1.0 percent each on March 1, 2021 and March 1, 2022.
Another 1.5 percent increase in Lon is planned for March 1, 2023.
"This offer is a cheek," said ver.di union secretary Christian Reischl.
That corresponds to a loss of real wages because inflation rises higher in the same period.
Carolin Hofer, chairman of the district administration's staff council, was particularly a thorn in the side of the “six zero months” - the first six months in which employers did not want to pay a raise at all.

Manfred Rinke-Ludwig, chairman of the clinic's works council, emphasized that it was nice that people had applauded the health care workers.
"This appreciation must also be reflected in the wallet." Because who is always there - on Saturdays, at night and during Corona, he asked and shouted to the strikers: "That's you."
At the same time, Rinke-Ludwig defended himself against allegations from employers that it was irresponsible to strike in these times.
“We don't want anyone to be harmed.
That is why we have concluded an emergency service agreement which ensures that personnel are on hand in emergencies. "
In addition to more money, the strikers also campaigned for better working conditions.
"We need more staff to take good care of our patients instead of having to deal with them," emphasized Rinke-Ludwig, and Reischl added: "In the next ten years the baby boomers will be retiring." The public Service urgently needs offspring.

Leftists show solidarity with clinic employees
There is also political support for the strikers.
The Freisinger LINKE expressed its solidarity in a press release.
“Politicians from all parties recognized the work of the hospital staff in these difficult times.
