Lattakia governorate reopened 6 fuel stations and was satisfied with the closure period specified for them, namely, Kursana, Al-Essa, Jerisha, Al-Nur, Jamal Shahrour, and Al-Fadl station, distributed between the cities of Jableh and Lattakia and their countryside, in the framework of facilitating the process of filling oil derivatives for citizens according to geographical distribution.
The director of the Sinan fuel branch, Badr, said in a statement to the SANA reporter that the governorate agreed today to reopen 3 fuel stations, namely Al-Nour, Jamal Shahrour and Al-Fadl, and preceded by the fuel committee's decision to reopen 3 more stations.
He indicated that the fuel subcommittee agreed to start dealing with 8 new stations distributed in different regions of the governorate after completing the necessary licenses and starting their work, pointing out that the new stations contribute to achieving better geographical coverage at the governorate level and are added to the total of stations in it that exceed 105 fuel stations.
Badour mentioned that the new stations are Ibrahim Pasha and Maher Shoman on the Lattakia-Jableh highway, Adnan Sabiha in Al-Boudi, Muhammad Habib Ali in the village of Al-Thawra, Mona Yunus in Al-Sharashir, Majd Ghanem in Basta in Al-Hafah, and Jawad Ahmed in the village of Al-Khumaila in Baslnafa and Samer Rajab in Al-Mukhtaria in Al-Haffa.
In addition, the governorate decided today to allocate a fuel station for the Union of Peasants near the eastern garage of Lattakia to fill motorcycles and to maintain the mobile station in the Al-Hal market to fill the cars of the "Suzuki" pickup truck.
