For Oracle, there is no doubt.
In an international study conducted by the software publisher, it appears that 75% of employees in France consider that the pandemic has affected their mental health.
And 60% would prefer to entrust a robot rather than their manager with their stress or anxiety problems at work.
Finally, 80% believe that a robot would be better able to advise them than their manager.
It is surprising at a time when HR executives are called upon to wet their shirts with the suffering troops, to recreate social ties after confinement.
