Because of the dramatic increase in the number of corona infections in the Fürstenfeldbruck district, the district office has adopted very strict measures.
Schoolchildren and kindergartens in particular are hit hard - the classes now have to go back to homeschooling.
An urgent application against the order was received at the Munich Administrative Court on Monday.

- The bomb burst on Friday afternoon.
The district office announced that from Monday level 3 of the so-called general hygiene plan will apply to schools.
This means, among other things: Where the distance of 1.5 meters cannot be maintained in class due to corona, classes must be divided and students sent home.
In children's facilities, the offspring are looked after in a reduced group size and with a fixed assignment.
There, too, children have to be sent home.
Many parents were overwhelmed by this announcement.
In countless letters to the authorities, to Prime Minister Söder or to the Ministry of Culture, they demanded that the controversial measure be reversed.

” explains Lisanne Sauerwald from Maisach, mother of two children of school or kindergarten age.
She and the other parents were informed about the measure on Friday in a "attack-like manner".
The joint parents 'council of the elementary and middle schools in Bruck and the general parents' council in Olching are also storming the measures.
"We parents were given the promise that schools and kindergartens would remain open as long as possible," the letter says.
It is also criticized that
no emergency care is
provided.
The parents also repeatedly emphasize the consequences of the measures on the children.
Tanja Olszak, chairwoman of the parents' council at the elementary school on Gerner Platz in Puchheim, explains that the effects of changing operations before the summer holidays are still noticeable.
She speaks of “
clear deficits
”.
The joint parenting councils in Bruck and Olching also point out the consequences for the offspring.

Attention is also drawn to the effects on parents.
Many could hardly shoulder the additional strain, explains Friedericke Kammann from Grafrath.

The mother of two children cannot understand why the restrictions in kindergarten are necessary.
"There are hardly any suspected cases in kindergartens, kindergartens are not viewed as sources of infection."
Many parents of schoolchildren see it similarly.
Tanja Olszak, for example, calls for an “individual consideration of the infection rate at our school”.
In Olching and Bruck, the joint parents' councils refer to studies that have shown that childcare facilities only have a very small share in the number of infections.
Legal action is now being taken against the disputed general ruling by the district office.
On Monday, the administrative court in Munich received an urgent application, as a spokesman for the court announced on request.
The application was made by a mother of two children.
A decision is not expected before the middle to the end of the week.

Why was it not differentiated locally depending on the infection process?
District Office:
Infections in the Fürstenfeldbruck district do not occur in a localized area, but rather diffuse.
Many chains of infection can no longer be traced.
With many new infections, it is not possible to tell where the people concerned were infected.
It is to be expected that infections will continue to occur suddenly, spread across the entire district.
The infection process also includes schools and day-care centers at a high level: 20 schools and seven day-care centers are currently affected by quarantine measures, and the trend is rising.
This is why the local health department, as provided for in the state's general hygiene plans for schools and day-care centers, has ordered level 3.
Why did the order come at such short notice?

The Fürstenfeldbruck district had exceeded the signal value of 35 for the 7-day incidence on several days in the week of September 21, according to the calculations of the local health department.
The District Office then issued the first general decree on September 25th (including compulsory masking in class 5 and up and fixed groups in daycare centers).
After a brief decrease, the 7-day incidence continued to rise, reaching the threshold value of 50.45 on October 8th. Since then, the value has essentially risen, it has always been above 60 since October 10th and reached a previous one last weekend High of 96.81.
The district office reacted with a second and a third general decree, each of which also provided rules for the schools.
The general hygiene plans for schools and day-care centers have been in effect since the beginning of the school year or the beginning of September.
Advance notice was given with regard to the daycare centers before the summer holidays.
The schools and day-care centers thus had time to adjust to the levels and work out appropriate plans.
They were also forewarned by the previous general decrees and the rising trend in the number of infections, which can be heard everywhere.
It cannot be said that the development came as a surprise.
The schools received an advance notice of the specific ruling from last Friday on Thursday, October 15th.
The school supervisory authorities were also involved on Thursday.
Why is there no emergency care?

The issue of emergency care in schools is a matter for the school authorities or the Ministry of Culture.
No schools or daycare centers have to be closed for reasons of infection protection, so that there can always be some form of - albeit limited - care.
The scope will depend on the personnel and spatial capacities on site.
Why are the measures affecting schools in particular?
District Office:
The infection process does not avoid the schools, the schools must be particularly protected.
It does not make sense to wait until the number of infections with the associated quarantine orders increases to such an extent that classroom teaching is no longer possible.

The order of the health department regarding level 3 is initially valid until October 30th.
Then a new decision is made, depending on how the infection process develops.

It is a terrible dilemma: Of course, it is now being critically questioned why alternate teaching was introduced in schools and why daycare centers must also be affected by the regulations.
Of course, it is now being critically questioned how sensible or nonsensical or relative these measures are.
And of course it is critically questioned why the measures were only communicated late on Friday (final, there were harbingers) and why more precise justifications are missing in the eyes of many parents.
Only: The district office did not invent the increasing number of infections (and schools play a role in this).
Before that, private celebrations had already been restricted, and various weddings also occurred at relatively short notice.
It's a dilemma, yes.
But, with all the excitement, one also has to ask what the alternative would have been.
Do nothing at all and just watch the values rise and rise and rise?
What would you then have accused the District Office of?
Correct: It would have said that only night watchmen work there and only react when it is too late.
It is a dilemma not only for the population but also for those who have to make decisions.
