Adoption at a young age: A sex offender named Muhammad Agbaria who lives in Turan was arrested and remanded in custody after a complaint from an 11-year-old girl led to his identification and exposure of other indecent acts, including an act of sodomy, attributed to him.
The affair was revealed after the girl's mother posted an exciting post on the social network Facebook in which she described what happened to her and her daughter.
"My heroine girl about a month ago approached her on Instagram with an obscene offer and provocative photos. My daughter, full of maturity and resourcefulness, took a screen, blocked it and called the 105 hotline. The hotline asked her to talk to one of the parents," the mother wrote.
"It was easiest to say, my daughter blocked him, Salamat and forget about it. We chose to file a complaint with the police and thought it was behind us. "She has a responsibility to other girls (and maybe boys as well) that if they release him, he will do it again and again ... in the end she agreed," the mother explained.
The mother ended by calling on girls and women to complain: "Today we went to Beit Lin in B'Tselem (it is good to have this blessed place, a welcoming place, despite the complexity, and certainly more pleasant than giving a testimony to the police).
My daughter came out today strengthened, secure in her place, as a woman in the universe.
And it mostly conveys a message, tell, report, do not give up.
Criminals must be punished!
"By the way, we were told that the Instagram profile was located through his IP, and that he is a known sex offender from Tiberias, who has been convicted several times in the past."
Police said that after Agbaria's interrogation, it became clear that he had sexually harassed other girls, knowing his young age, and even committed an act of sodomy on one of the girls.
The Israel Police / Tiberias Station is seeking the public's help in locating additional complainants.
Anyone who knows anything about additional cases or can help with additional information is asked to call the Tiberias Police by phone: 046728444 or the 100 hotlines at all police stations throughout the country.
