The French interior minister yesterday (Monday) accused an Islamist of Moroccan descent of issuing a fatwa - an Islamic ruling that allowed the blood of French teacher Daniel Patti, who was beheaded last Friday after presenting cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.

The Islamist, 61-year-old French-Moroccan Abdel-Hakim Safrivi, who is claiming the title of Imam, was an active participant in a campaign conducted by Muslim parents against the teacher, after which he presented the cartoons as part of an instruction on freedom of expression.

Spreeway is among the 11 people arrested after the horrific murder of a young refugee from Chechnya, carried out near the school where Patty taught north of Paris.

The interior minister's remarks contradict the French chief prosecutor's statement from Saturday that no direct link had been identified between Sprivi and the teacher's decapitation.

Spreewi was known to the French internal security authorities as an extremely extremist Islamist activist.

Among other things, he spread anti-Semitic anti-Israel incitement.

Fifteen years ago, following the assassination of Hamas founder Sheikh Ahmad Yassin in Israel, Sprevi was documented at a demonstration in Paris in which he referred to Israel as "cancer" and called for the Palestinians' right to use all means to eliminate Israel, including armed violence.

How can the Palestinian people be supported without supporting opposition to all its streams?

How can it be argued that resistance is supported and deprived of the right to defend itself, by all means including weapons? ', Spreewi spoke to the demonstrators and supported other left-wing organizations that wanted to join the demonstration, legitimizing "these criminals, the enemies of humanity Israel."

The French internal security authorities have known about Siprivi's extreme activity for the past 20 years.

In 2004, he founded the Ahmad Yassin Group, known as an extremist pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel organization.

In 2007 he was active in the presidential election campaign of antisemitic comedian Diodonna.

Siprivi, a 61-year-old native of Paz, Morocco, was also a vocal opponent of moderate imams among the Muslim community in France and involved in recruiting fighters for various jihadist groups.
