In Haifa, a hearing will be held this morning to extend the detention of Najah Mansour's partner, 35, yesterday in Haifa.

Her 28-year-old partner was arrested yesterday on suspicion of murdering her.

Within hours: Suspicion of two murders

Mansour, a divorcee and mother of four small children, moved to Kiryat Haim in Haifa a few months ago with the suspect from one of the villages in the Western Galilee.

Witnesses to the murder, who heard screams from the apartment, noticed the couple leaving the scene holding a knife - and called the police.

However, even before the forces from the Coast District Police arrived at the scene, the suspect was detained by a police team who conducted a routine street patrol and identified him without a mask.

During his interrogation, the police became suspicious of him, while at the same time Mansour's body was found.

The Magistrate's Court in Haifa complied with the police's request and issued a blanket restraining order on all the details of the investigation.

A source in the Haifa municipality told "Israel Today" that the couple were known to the welfare authorities and the police due to previous incidents of domestic violence.

"When we arrived at the scene, we were joined by police and firefighters who were called to the apartment," said MDA paramedic Anan Abu Yaman, who was called to the scene. "We found the woman without signs of life and had to determine her death at the scene."

A couple of the couple said that from time to time shouts and quarrels were heard from the apartment: "They lived in a rented apartment. We understood that they were residents of one of the villages in the Galilee who wanted to stay away from their families and the conservative environment they lived in." "Occasional quarrels. On the day of the incident, we heard shouting from the apartment and I also saw the spouse leave the house afterwards, but I did not think he murdered her."

About three hours later, the body of a 67-year-old Be'er Sheva resident was found in her home on Operation Fact Street in the city.

MDA medics and paramedics who were called to the scene determined her death. Shortly before that, her partner was identified on the roof of the building where they lived, after he allegedly went there with the intention of committing suicide. The police officers who took him off the roof, took him to medical care. He's in a relationship.

The police investigation revealed that one of the policemen who caught the suspect while trying to commit suicide, called his partner to inform her that her partner had been taken for treatment.

After no answer was received from her, the police located her son.

He opened the door for them, and there they found her lifeless.

According to the suspect, the suspect hit her in the head with a hammer.

Zipporah, the two's neighbor, said: "I am in shock. We did not hear any shouting, and I never noticed a quarrel between them."

Another neighbor said the couple had never quarreled and noted "she was a lovely woman".

But according to Gandhi, another neighbor, the two "did not get along recently. He had heart disease and underwent treatments. He did not feel well and stopped working, but she wanted him to return to work. The quarantine, the corona, the lack of work - I think it's all together."

The Be'er Sheva police said that the man was in a suicidal situation on suspicion.

The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
