Judge Anat Yahav rejected the Public Defender's request to release Zygnok without restrictive conditions.

"I can not ignore the remaining suspicions, which are in themselves very serious suspicions, which at the end of the day led to the death of the victim," she noted.

She ordered his release under full house arrest until the end of the month, in addition to a ban on leaving the country, a self-guarantee and a third-party guarantee in the amount of NIS 3,000.

According to police, it is not clear what led to Klein's death.

At this stage, allegations of mutual harm between the spouses are being investigated, and that Tsignok's harm to his spouse was unintentional.

The police representative added that there are many more investigative actions to be taken, which will take a long time, and that at this stage there is no legal justification to continue to hold the suspect in custody.

It is not clear to police what led to the woman's death

At the beginning of the investigation, the police representative in the court claimed that Zignok arrived at Ichilov Hospital where Klein was hospitalized, wearing an IPS uniform in order to "finish the job." They even claimed that he was not wearing an IPS uniform at all, but a blue and button-down shirt, apparently from a security company, which he lent from a friend and not for the purpose of impersonation.

The same source added that he had no doubt that the suspect had nothing to do with Klein's death.

He said what killed her was the fear of getting to a hospital and receiving treatment because she was injured and not treated.

He clarified that the reason for the fear was that she did not have a residence visa in the country, and therefore was afraid to come for medical treatment.

The source concluded that the infection that developed in her body was the one that killed her.

Suspicion of murder: A woman who was beaten died in a hospital, her partner turned himself in to the police

Attorney Nir Alfasa, representing Cygnock on behalf of the Public Defender's Office, asked the judge to release him without restrictive conditions, noting that the results of the pathological autopsy reinforce his claim that the injury to Anastasia's body was caused by an accident and not an intentional sabotage. There were no spouses, but police insist that from the evidence they gathered they were a couple in every

way.

For the third time during the investigation, the police requested the release of Dimitri, due to the weakening of the suspicions against him.

Since this is a person who lacks any family or social support, and lives on the margins of society, he is unable to obtain the guarantees that will allow his actual release.

We are working to find a solution that will enable the implementation of the court's decision to release him under house arrest. "
