Franchised bus services involved 3,385 cases (including 2,311 cases for KMB, 48 cases for Long Win, 273 cases for Citybus, and 157 cases for New World First Bus); as for complaints or suggestions related to public light buses, 1,008 cases were reported, of which the number of small The bus is the predominant (919 cases), and the remaining 89 cases are related to red minibuses.

There were 82 complaints and 25 complaints about railway and ferry respectively.

Sham Shui Po traffic congestion and road maintenance complaints are the highest in Hong Kong

Complaints and suggestions on traffic conditions rose from 148 to 244.

Among them, traffic congestion was the main cause, involving 176 cases.

Among them, the areas with more serious traffic jams were Sham Shui Po (25 cases), Kwun Tong (23 cases) and Yau Tsim Mong (22 cases).

The number of road maintenance cases has more than doubled to 57, among which the area with more complaints is Sham Shui Po (five cases).

Complaints about illegal parking and other enforcement matters increased slightly by nearly 30% from 941 in the previous quarter to 1,198.

Among them, 908 cases were related to illegal parking. The districts included Kwun Tong (100 cases), Sham Shui Po (88 cases), Yuen Long (87 cases) and Sha Tin (80 cases).
