Today, the British Ministry of Health announced the registration of 26,688 new cases of Coronavirus, which represents a daily record number of infections.
Reuters quoted the ministry as saying in a new statistic: “The new number of injuries raises the total number to 789,229 cases and represents a record high for the daily injuries index in the country, which reached in the data of October 18, 16982, on October 19, 18804, and on October 20. 21331 ”.
The ministry added, "191 new deaths were detected due to the epidemic, bringing the total to 44,158 cases."
In recent weeks, Britain has witnessed sharp rises in the index of daily infections in Corona, which prompted the country's authorities to impose new restrictions, including working from homes whenever possible and closing bars and restaurants at an early date to deal with the epidemic.
