Cuba reiterated today that the aggressive policy of the United States poses a threat to peace in the region, stressing that Washington adopts a method of "lying" in its foreign policies.
"US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is using the (notorious) Organization of American States platform to repeat his false rhetoric against countries in the region that are not subject to American hegemony," Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rudoriger said in a tweet on Twitter.
In a speech at the virtual summit of the OAS General Assembly, Pompeo attacked Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua, calling in his words to seek to achieve democracy in these countries.
