Dog slashing and knife fight: Documentation of suspicion of murder during a mass brawl in Be'er Sheva

Police allowed the publication that two brothers, aged 17 and 22, were arrested on suspicion of murdering a young man and attempting to murder another young man in the city.

Two brothers, a 17-year-old boy and a 22-year-old boy, were arrested on suspicion of murdering a young man and on suspicion of attempting to murder another young man earlier this month in Be'er Sheva, the police allowed the publication today (Wednesday).

The incident began as a brawl on Netzer Hazani Street in the city, during which the two were stabbed and evacuated to the hospital.

Then, one of them died of his wounds.

The two will be brought in today for a hearing on extending their detention.

Documentation from a security camera distributed on the Internet shows a meeting between two groups of young people in a parking lot in the city, which develops into a mass brawl.

In the photographs, the participants are seen pulling batons and knives, pushing and stabbing each other.

In the brawl, dogs of the same suspects are also seen attacking the participants.

The police investigation reveals that this was a murder against the background of a criminal dispute, based on a previous incident between the groups.

Following the incident, several suspects were arrested, all except the two brothers.

After the violent incident, the wounded got into their friends' car and drove away.

MDA medic Ronen Drizak encountered a vehicle that was transporting the wounded during a trip to another patient, from which calls for help were heard. He described the incident:

I was immediately

shouted out of the vehicle that there were two wounded who needed urgent help.

"" I immediately reported to the MDA hotline to launch another team for the incident I was on my way to and put the two wounded in the ambulance. I performed quick medical tests to assess their condition. "We stopped the life-threatening bleeding and I urgently evacuated them to the hospital," the medic added.
