At about 4 in the morning, a man went to Tseung Kwan O Hospital for medical treatment. He said that while driving a motorcycle in the area to deliver food, he was suspected of hitting a dog that rushed off the road and fell out of control and was injured.
The traffic police were notified to go to the hospital for investigation. At about 5 a.m., two traffic policemen drove a police motorcycle and a police private car after preliminary investigation.
However, when driving to the Zhaoxin Road roundabout off the hospital, the two vehicles collided suddenly. The police motorcycle was crashed and the police officer on the vehicle was not injured.
The police are investigating the incident.
