Stéphanie Le Quellec does not allow herself to be defeated by the difficult period experienced by the restoration.
After having decided to keep her gourmet restaurant open, with a 1h30 service starting at 7:00 pm, and, while she offers takeaway and delivery bistro dishes at La Scène, she announces the opening of MAM, her
“ maison de cuisine ”, at the
beginning of next December, near the Poncelet market (Paris 17th).
This new adventure is dedicated to
“home cooking”
, offered only for take-out and delivery.
The order will be made via a dedicated website and mobile application.
The goal?
Offer a qualitative alternative for eating well in the office or at home, with family or friends.
Nuggets, pot-au-feu and madeleines
From aperitif to dessert, an accessible version of the chef's cuisine, prepared on site from excellent products.
The menu, in season, will offer great household classics reviewed by the two stars: stew, salad of the day, soups, nuggets, pies, madeleines just out of the oven ...
"A mother's kitchen who wants to please ,
details Le Quellec, mother of three children.
Everything I put on the table at home! ”.

In addition to cooked dishes and pastries, an offer of artisan bakery, wines, delicatessen (sauces, jams ... under the Stéphanie Le Quellec brand) has also been designed ... MAM wishing to join in the tradition of food trades from the neighboring Poncelet market.
MAM was created with the help of Pierre Chirac, pastry chef at La Scène, who wants to
“bring a lot of comfort, with no-frills cakes that create emotion, recalling a memory”
.
As a tribute to the one who passed on her love of cooking from the heart, Stéphanie Le Quellec entrusted the management of MAM to her mother.
A family matter.
MAM. 22, rue de Fourcroy (Paris 17th). Opening early December 2020.
