The Yuen Long pro-democracy district councillors today (21st) held the first meeting of the "7.21 Yuen Long West Rail Station White-clothed Man indiscriminately assaults citizens" meeting after the Civil Affairs Department refused to provide services.

There were suggestions at the meeting that legal actions could be proposed, including private prosecutions against the suspects, or requesting the MTR to produce evidence. Cheung Hsiu-hsien pointed out that since some people may be accused of riots, any action should be put in place to protect the relevant persons. Or unable to attend the meeting, private prosecution and judicial review are the directions that can be taken.
