To face Wales on Saturday (9 p.m.) at the Stade de France, the first match of the extended autumn tour, Fabien Galthié and his staff have chosen to establish Teddy Thomas and Vincent Rattez on the wings of the XV of France.
Discarded for the Champions Cup final of Racing 92 lost to Exeter, Teddy Thomas will start against the Welsh, after losing his place in the last Tournament.
Rattez, he returns in Blue after being injured against Italy last February.
Compared to the last game of the Blues in early March (defeat in Scotland 28-17) there are three changes: left pillar Jefferson Poirot (UBB) retired internationally, he is replaced by Toulouse Cyril Baille.
The three-quarter Arthur Vincent (Montpellier), holder in the center in Edinburgh, passes on the bench of the substitutes.
And winger Damian Penaud (Clermont), aligned against the XV du Chardon, is currently injured.
With this set of musical chairs, Teddy Thomas (Racing 92) and Vincent Rattez (Montpellier) make their return to the wings of the XV of France.
Note that the team that will start on Saturday against Wales is exactly the same as the one that beat England (24-17), at the start of the Tournament in early February.
