The strong wind signal No. 3 and the red fire hazard warning are in force at the same time. The average wind speed in Hong Kong is expected to be 41 to 62 kilometers per hour. At 7 am, Typhoon Shader gathered about 530 kilometers south-southeast of Hong Kong, that is, near 17.7 degrees north latitude and 115.4 degrees east longitude. It is expected to move slowly to the northwest or west-northwest, crossing the middle of the South China Sea; in Macau at 6 am At half a time, the number three typhoon signal was changed. The Observatory said that in the past few hours, Shadr has strengthened and the northeastern part of the South China Sea is generally affected by gales. However, it is expected that the wind will blow from the north to the northeast in Hong Kong at first, and the wind will not change much. According to the current forecast path, Shader will be the closest to Hong Kong this evening, passing about 500 kilometers south of Hong Kong. By then, Hong Kong will turn to easterly and the wind will increase. Unless Shader takes a path closer to Hong Kong or increases significantly, the chances of issuing a higher tropical cyclone warning signal today are low.
