The General Electricity Company of Hasaka managed to repair the malfunction occurring on the electrical voltage line feeding the Alouk Wells water station, east of Ras al-Ain, Hasaka, after it was out of service due to the Turkish occupation forces ’shelling on Abu Rasin yesterday.

In a statement to SANA's correspondent, the General Director of Al-Hasakah Electricity Company, Eng. Anwar Al-Akla, confirmed that the workshops managed, after midnight yesterday, to repair the tension line between Alouk Water Station and the village of Al-Asadiya in Ras Al-Ain countryside and restore it to service.

For his part, the director of Al-Hasakah Water Corporation, Eng. Mahmoud Okla, stated that 17 wells are currently working within the station, and the pumping is carried out towards Al-Hama Station to complete feeding the neighborhoods of Hasaka city with drinking water according to the approved rationing program.

Yesterday, the Turkish occupation forces and its mercenaries from the terrorist organizations attacked the town of Abu Rasin and its environs in the northern countryside of Hasaka, which led to the interruption of the electricity supply to the Wells Alouk station, which supplies the city of Hasakah and its western countryside with drinking water.
