UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres asked to investigate police abuses during protests in Nigeria.On October 20, protests continued in Nigeria against a police unit known as the Special Anti-Theft Squad, accused of kidnapping, robbery and extortion. Witnesses say several soldiers fired at the protesters and that barriers at the scene prevented ambulances from entering.
