The wonderful Jerusalem Park.
Today (Thursday) we will go on a tour with Yael Hamerman-Soler, the director of the Deer Valley Park, which belongs to the Jerusalem Municipality and is managed by the Society for the Protection of Nature.

During the tour we will learn about the history of the establishment of the park from the period when the park was the "vegetable garden of Jerusalem" through the social struggle to save it until the establishment of the park.
We will stop at the large lake that is part of the park's runoff system, watch birds from the photographers' hideout and take a walk in the orchard.
And if we are lucky, we will meet on the way deer roaming freely throughout the park.
