A
plainclothes policeman killed a motorcycle jet
who had recently assaulted a man who was driving on the Pan-American highway.
The incident occurred around 5.30 p.m. at kilometer 44, hand to Pilar.
According to police sources, the criminal who died was riding a motorcycle with another man.
Both tried to stop a man who was driving with his son and the situation was observed by an officer who was also driving on the highway and intervened.
He gave his voice to a halt and moments later he fired.
The accomplice of the fatal victim managed to escape.
