Central and Western District Councillor Ye Jinlong was accused of damaging a police notice and resisting arrest outside the Western District Police Station last year. He was criminally destroyed and resisted arrest. The case was presented to the Eastern District Court today (23rd). The defense requested the case to be postponed for legal advice. The magistrate adjourned the case until December 11, and the defendant was allowed to go out on bail of 500 yuan.

The defendant Ye Jinlong (33 years old) was accused of damaging a police notice outside the Western District Police Station on September 1 last year and resisting Sergeant 51173 Ou Zhiqiang.
