How do you process and protect mailed ballots?

For the first time in California, due to the covid-19 pandemic, all registered voters to vote have already received a ballot in the mail.

The California Elections Office says it has sent more than 21 million ballots.

So far the Los Angeles County elections office has received more than a million back.
