We did not launch a military attack against Nagorno-Karabakh on September 27.
It was Armenia that attacked us in the early hours of this day.
And we had deaths among the civilian population and among our soldiers.
It was, in three months, Armenia's third military provocation against us.
International observers have witnessed all of this.
The first provocation took place on July 12, 2020. It was in a very remote region of Karabakh.
The Armenians then attacked the international border, in order to occupy more Azerbaijani territory.
Their goal was to seize our strategic energy infrastructure, which is located
