They will try to determine if it corresponds to a .9mm caliber, the same as the weapon seized in one of the raids.

The bullet that killed Lola Jazmín Montero, the five-month-old baby killed yesterday in Dock Sud, was recovered in the autopsy operation, but forensics have already warned the prosecutor that it is a deformed projectile that may present difficulties for a ballistic comparison .

The autopsy was carried out this Friday morning at the Lomas de Zamora judicial morgue, where forensics confirmed that the baby was killed by a single bullet that entered through her right parietal.

In their preliminary report to the Avellaneda prosecutor in charge of the case, Elbio Laborde, the doctors reported that the lead could be extracted, that it appears to be of a

"thick caliber"

, but that it presents a deformation that could complicate a ballistic expert's report. He was trying to carry out with the 9-mm caliber pistol seized yesterday in the framework of the raids.

"It is shameless that it is of a small caliber like 22, but the bullet will be sent to a ballistic expert to try to determine with what type of weapon it was fired," a judicial source told Télam.

Before knowing that detail, the heartbreaking testimony of Lola's mother was heard.

He denounced that

for "three nights" shots had been heard

in the towers of the monoblock and affirmed that no matter how much the three involved have arrested his daughter, no one is going to return it to him anymore.

"Marianito" was arrested when he was riding a bicycle.

He was imprisoned twice.

"I was buying bread and my daughter cried out, turned around and was shot in the head," said Carolina, the victim's mother.

"I went down to buy bread and now I no longer have it

with me. It was five months old. No one is going to give it back to me, even if they have caught those sons of bitches," said the woman in tears.

Carolina assured that "for three nights they have fired shots" in the towers of the Nicolás Avellaneda housing complex, where he lives, and that despite this no one did anything.

"It's normal (because of the shots), they go, make a mess and get into the tower," he added.

The woman blamed Mariano César D'Acosta, alias "Marianito", the third detainee in the case, who is the son of the owner of the greengrocer located in front of the store where she was buying bread when her baby was killed.

"It was because of Mariano, he left and they shot him. They

have been looking for him for a while," said the woman, who told reporters that two years ago she lost a pregnancy with a man.

The weapon seized when the first two arrests took place.

When asked if she knew the reason why they were going to shoot her, Carolina replied "no idea", adding that it was not due to a dispute between barrabravas and that all she knows is that the attackers "had a fight with him."

Her husband and Lola's father, José Alberto Montero, told the press that the death of his daughter "is something that cannot be explained" and also denied that it was a problem between fans:

"They are a couple of assholes who They shit because they feel like it

and unfortunately they don't hurt themselves and they ended up hurting a child. "

José said that he himself got on a patrol car to take the baby to the hospital and despite the fact that during the trip they did "CPR and breathing" tasks and his daughter "arrived alive", then "she could not stand and entered with a unemployment".

"Unfortunately no one is going to return our daughter to us. I don't know how we are going to recover. We are work people, good people, we fight every day, we have to live what we always saw on TV. We have to end with all this, "he concluded.
