A woman claimed that two years ago she had a doctor-patient relationship with Deng Wenliang, a western doctor, and had sexual contact about three years ago. She became pregnant afterwards.

The complaint alleges that the plaintiff and the defendant are doctors and patients. The plaintiff had sexual contact with the defendant in March 2018 and became pregnant. The plaintiff believed that the defendant was negligent or breached the contract and initiated a lawsuit.
According to online information, the defendant is an academician of the University of New South Wales, Australia, and an honorary clinical assistant professor of the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Medical Care of the University of New South Wales.
