"I had been five months old,

no one is going to give it back to me

even if they caught those sons of bitches."

The heartbreaking account is of Carolina, the mother of Lola Jazmín Montero,

who was shot in the head

in a clash between gangs in Dock Sud.

Due to the fact, personnel from the 3rd police station.

Dock Sud and DDI Avellaneda

detained two young men

, identified by the spokesmen as Iván Amarilla and Hernán García, both of legal age, as suspected of having fired the shots, including the one who killed the baby.

These two detainees were joined in the last hours by

Mariano César D'Acosta (28), known as "Marianito"

, and the three will be investigated by prosecutors Elbio Laborde and Solange Cáceres, from the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 3 Avellaneda , for the crime of "homicide aggravated by the use of a firearm."

In her account of what happened on that terrifying afternoon, Carolina, who had lost a pregnancy before having Lola, said that she was buying bread at the door of a store, and that "from there came the owner's son and they shot him "and that it was his fault what happened with his daughter.

"They saw him and shot him," he said.

Lola Jazmín Montero, the 5-month-old baby who was killed in the middle of a shooting in Dock Sud.

“I didn't have time for anything, I was paying for the bread, I hear the shot and the baby screams.

There was a lady in the back who told me to look because her head was bleeding, and when I turned it over it had a hole, "said the woman tearfully in front of the television cameras.

And he clarified: "I have nothing to do with what happened. I was buying bread like every day. It's normal, every night they are shooting."

Regarding the detainee known as "Marianito", whose arrest was made at around 10:30 pm on Thursday by the Departmental Investigations Delegation (DDI) of Avellaneda, he said that in the neighborhood "they had been looking for him for a while."

"Marianito" was a fugitive for several hours until the DDI detectives received the information that he was taking refuge in the Villa Domínico area and they caught him there when he was riding a bicycle.

D'Acosta was imprisoned twice, at least in the Buenos Aires Penitentiary Service.

For a cause of qualified robbery, in 2012 he received a sentence of 3 years in prison and was released in May 2014, thanks to some moderation in his sentence.

On the other hand, between February 2017 and July 2019, he served another sentence, but this time for illegally carrying a firearm and robbery.

Fernando, Lola's uncle, said that, prior to the arrest, the third for the crime, "the kid (for D'Acosta)

came to apologize to the family and said it was only two shots

."

"The three detainees were in the confrontation. The guys are not so small. They had weapons and, when you grab a weapon, you know what you are going to do.

They all have criminal records. They killed my niece,"

the man clarified, dismayed by the crime.

A 28-year-old boy nicknamed "Marianito", accused of being one of the leaders of the two groups that fought the shots in an event that ended with the death of a five-month-old baby who was in the arms of her mother in Dock Sud.

José, the baby's father who took her urgently in a patrol car to the Fiorito de Avellaneda Hospital, where the doctors confirmed her death as a result of a wound in the left hemisphere with a skull burst, said: “She arrived at the hospital alive On the way, we did CPR on him, but he couldn't hold out and was unemployed ”.

Regarding the climate in the neighborhood, he acknowledged: "They shit because they want to and unfortunately they don't hurt themselves and they end up killing a child."

In addition, he assured, as did his partner, that they have nothing to do with the opposing gangs: "We are work people, good people, we fight day by day, we have to change all this."

And he concluded through tears: "Whatever we do

to our daughter, no one returns her to us."
