It was a major event that rightly made headlines here in the United States.
This is no surprise, however.
The DOJ is taking a path that is already largely marked out, on the one hand by the Microsoft precedent of 1998, and on the other hand by the sanctions pronounced against Google in recent years by the European Commission.
