The surrogate magistrate decided not to accept the precautionary measure presented by Etchevehere, which had been endorsed by prosecutors Oscar Sobko and María Constanza Bessa, to stop the occupation of the "Casa Nueva" farm in Santa Elena, Entre Ríos.
