Judge's ruling in Mexico surprises the family of a little cancer patient | Video | CNN

In the state of Aguascalientes, in Mexico, a judge ordered the Mexican Institute of Social Security to grant cancer drugs to a 7-year-old girl.

The sentence drew attention by the warmth in the tone of the writing, as if it were a letter addressed to the little girl.

The institute says it will comply with the court order.
