Iran demanded the Israeli occupation entity to release the Palestinian prisoner Maher Al-Akhras and hundreds of unjustly detained Palestinians.
Fars News Agency quoted the Iranian Foreign Ministry as saying in a tweet on the social networking site (Twitter), referring to the hunger strike of Maher al-Akhras, “Three months have passed since al-Akhras was arrested without charges against him ... despite his hunger strike and international protests are continuing. His arrest, and the Israeli entity still refuses to end his unjustified detention.
The Foreign Ministry stressed that the occupiers must end the arbitrary arrests and release hundreds of Palestinians who were unjustly detained.
The silent prisoner continues his continuous hunger strike for the 91st day in a row in protest at the ongoing crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian prisoners, at a time when the occupation authorities, in flagrant violation of international human rights law, refuse to release him despite warnings by Palestinian and human rights organizations about his severe health deterioration.
