Last straight line for the examination at first reading of the 2021 crisis budget project. Meeting in a particularly difficult health and economic context, the deputies are looking, from Monday, on the thorny part devoted to spending.
A subject all the more political as it includes, this year, the exceptional credits - 36.4 billion euros for 2021 - provided for as part of the 100 billion stimulus plan.
Debates are expected to be lively on the LREM group's amendment concerning the
“counterparts”
to aid granted to companies under this plan.
The government had decided to leave the hand to parliamentarians on this sensitive subject within the majority, while ensuring that they do not adopt restrictive measures for companies.
It would be a serious drag on the economic recovery.
