The President spoke again amid the exchange rate tension. "If you want to know what happens when Argentina devalues, see what happened when they took the dollar from 9 to 14 pesos," he said.

While the Government does not find the return to the exchange situation, President Alberto Fernández once again made clear the

official strategy is not to devalue

, despite the historical gap between the official price of the dollar and the alternatives.

"If anyone wants to know what happens to Argentina that devalues, listen again to what happened when they took the dollar from 9 pesos to 14. They stopped the works. We have to remember.

Devaluing is very easy, but it is a machine of generate poverty,

"he said.

In that sentence, Fernández supported a sentence from the governor of Formosa, Gildo Insfrán, who minutes before, by videoconference, had assured that the Procrear plan in that province, presented in 2014 by then-President Cristina Kirchner, had been stopped when at the beginning Mauricio Macri's government raised the exchange stocks.

Fernández spoke on Monday when leading in the Buenos Aires municipality of Ezeiza the act of delivery of homes for families from the provinces of Buenos Aires and Río Negro.

"Many want to divert us and want us to believe that we must take care of the

problems of

small minorities that have always taken charge of Argentina

. Those minorities want one to respond to their interests and forget what all these Argentines are needing", said the president, who also announced housing reactivation works in Formosa and La Rioja.

In the same sense, Fernández said he wants "an Argentina that grows, develops, produces and exports."

"

This is how we want to get the dollars; not to put it at the price that some powerful ones want

. If they want to fight, we will fight. We do not come to the Government to obey them, but to obey those who voted for us," he shot.

At the market opening on Monday, the blue dollar opened at $ 195, the same level at which it closed on Friday.

However, a few minutes later he dropped a peso in the microcenter caves and reached $ 194.

Last week he had climbed 17 pesos

.

Last week, both Fernández himself and the Minister of Economy, Martín Guzmán, had repeatedly rejected that the Government is going to devalue the price of the official dollar, which has a gap of more than 130% with alternative dollars.

On the other hand, the head of state said that he was trying to "rebuild mortgage credit in Argentina" and hit the Mauricio Macri administration again for having left "11 thousand homes that were about to be finished and never delivered."

Accompanied by the Governor of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof;

the Minister of Territorial Development and Habitat, María Eugenia Bielsa;

the executive director of Anses, Fernanda Raverta;

and the mayor of Ezeiza, Alejandro Granados;

the head of state contacted

the governors of Río Negro, Arabela Carreras,

by

videoconference

;

La Rioja, Ricardo Quintela;

and Formosa, Gildo Insfrán;

and the mayor of Florencio Varela, Andrés Watson.

In turn, Kicillof referred to the controversy generated over the weekend from his statements about private neighborhoods, which he described as "land occupations."

" It

is great that has deprived neighborhoods, but sometimes deficiency own Province are not regularized and having a home can not notarize or transfer. The situation is irregular and have decided to

regularize until the last house of the Province. It

is good news. You have to be willing to turn it into something bad ...

", explained the governor.
