When the three walkers were walking on the right edge of the lane of Landsberger Straße towards “Fischer” at around 2.30 p.m., a car approached from behind at number 65, overtaking the pedestrians and touching the 49-year-old with the right exterior mirror.
According to the witnesses, the collision should have been clearly noticeable because the exterior mirror of the car involved collapsed, according to the police.
The hitherto unknown car driver stopped briefly after the collision, but then continued his journey undeterred. However, witnesses were able to write down the license plate number of the vehicle and pass it on to the police. The 49-year-old complained of pain on the left side of the body.
