Coronavirus: Allegedly highly effective drug discovered in Venezuela

Like many countries around the world, Venezuela is also

affected

by the

Corona crisis

.

According to the Johns Hopkin University, nearly 90,000 people have been infected with the coronavirus since the beginning of the pandemic.

773 people are said to have died in connection with the

virus

.

The actual number of cases in the

South American crisis state is

likely to

be much higher

due to a

lack of tests

and a

lack of information

.

But now an alleged

corona agent is

attracting attention.

A molecule called DR-10

destroys Covid-19 one hundred percent

without causing side effects, the authoritarian President

Nicolás Maduro

announced in a speech on Sunday (local time).

That was the result of a six-month study by the state research institute IVIC.

The molecule has already been used to treat hepatitis C, human papillomavirus and Ebola, said Maduro.

On Twitter, the President described this as “enormous news”.

"We have started the certification process with the

WHO

to offer this treatment to the world." The World Health Organization has not yet reported this.

¡Tremenda Noticia!

WHO: Potential corona drugs with little or no benefit

The WHO recently announced that several potential

corona *

drugs

checked in global test series had

shown little or no benefit.

Among other things, tests were carried out to determine what influence these drugs had on mortality, when to use ventilators and the length of the hospital stay.

As part of the solidarity study coordinated by the WHO with thousands of patients in almost 500 clinics in more than 30 countries,

remdesivir

,

chloroquine / hydroxychloroquine, lopinavir / ritonavir

and the

interferon regimen were

tested.

The drugs were originally developed for other diseases.

However, the data from the solidarity study coordinated by the WHO had not yet appeared in any peer-reviewed journal and had not been examined by scientists.

Meanwhile, new corona infections are increasing worldwide, and many countries are fighting a second wave *.

The corona situation is also explosive in Germany.
