Today, the Drug Enforcement Administration managed to thwart an attempt to bring in hashish into Syria.
The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement, which SANA received a copy of, that the Drug Enforcement Administration managed to thwart an attempt to introduce hashish into Syria from a neighboring country to be promoted and traded, and it confiscated about 200 kilograms of hashish.
The ministry indicated that the necessary control has been organized and investigations are underway to arrest all those involved in the case.
