Almost a decade has passed since Esther Jiménez suffered an attack in the Dominican Republic with a mixture of corrosive acids, known as "devil's acid."
His attacker has not yet been identified by the authorities, but Jiménez's disfigured face has not been an obstacle for him to be a source of inspiration for thousands of followers through social networks.
