The symposium held by the Cultural Center in Abu Rummaneh entitled “Cultural wars on Syria” included the Syrian culture and media confronting a systematic foreign cultural and media war that spanned years that accompanied the terrorist war against Syria with the aim of destroying it and destroying its culture and civilization.

In turn, the researcher, Dr. Hussein Omar Hamadeh, explained that Syria has confronted attempts to spread the culture of extremism, spread drugs and programmed crime, and attempts to penetrate the media, cultural and intellectual, noting that Syria’s position rejecting hegemony in the region and standing up to Zionist ambitions in it was the cause of the terrorist war against it, including cultural aggression.
Writers and researchers Al-Arqam Al-Zoubi, Najla Al-Khadra and Dr. Osama Hammoud presented interventions that added other ways to strengthen the system of confrontation and defense of the homeland.
