At about 7 am this (27th) morning, a truck fell along Fat Kwong Street and when it reached the intersection of Ma Tau Wai Road and Man Yu Street in Hung Hom, it accidentally knocked down an old woman passing by.
She suffered a head injury and was breathing and pulsed. Ambulancemen arrived and sent her to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
By 8:40 in the morning, Ma Tau Wai Road towards Hung Hom was closed on both lanes and traffic on the site was very congested.
At the scene, blood stains and brake marks were left underground.
Male student in Kwun Tong was hit by a private car with head and hand bruises and sent to hospital for treatment
Old woman in Yuen Long was hit by a private car
Changsha Bay old woman was knocked down by a light cargo and was comatose and sent to hospital for rescue
