Justice will allow Diego Lagomarsino, the computer expert who is being processed as a necessary participant in the murder of prosecutor Alberto Nisman, to continue his life
without the electronic anklet
that had been placed on him to control his movements.
Federal judge
Julián Ercolini
accepted a request from Lagomarsino's defense to remove the device that had been placed on him when he was prosecuted for his participation in the crime, which, according to the courts, was committed with a weapon that belonged to him.
The ankle brace
prevented him from moving more than 100 kilometers
from the place he had set as his residence, but Lagomarsino will continue with his conditioned movements anyway.
The expert will have to inform the court every 24 hours of his movements if he decides to leave his home and will also have to appear in court every 15 days.
Lagomarsino will
not be able to leave the country either
