"Student Dongyuan" said on Facebook today (27th) that the former convener Zhong Hanlin has lost contact since 8 am this morning and is not at home. There is still no news.
"Student Dongyuan" stated that Zhong Yuan is scheduled to report to the police station today for cases involving violations of the National Security Law.
It is reported that Zhong Hanlin was arrested by officers of the National Security Department of the police, but the reason is not yet known.
Zhong Hanlin was arrested by the National Security Service of the police on July 29 this year on suspicion of inciting others to split the country and was subsequently released on bail.
Zhong Hanlin and later stated that on the day when the National Security Law was implemented, all members of the "Hong Kong Student Dongyuan" were disbanded and resigned as the convener, and he did not use the name of Student Dongyuan to post any messages against the "Hong Kong National Security Law."
Until September 4, Zhong Hanlin stated on Facebook that he was being followed by an unknown person. He called on the other party not to follow him. He emphasized that he is already an individual and has withdrawn from all student sources after being released on bail for suspected violation of the "Minato National Security Law". As the administrator of the facebook page, he reiterated that all recent and future movements of "Student Dynamics" have nothing to do with him, and all the comments do not represent him.
Zhong Hanlin went to Taiwan last year to meet with Su Yongyao, deputy director of the political group of the "Freedom Times", and Yang Yueqing, chairman of the Taiwan Youth Anti-Communist Salvation League, but was followed and secretly photographed, and the photos were transferred to the "Ta Kung Pao" and other Hong Kong media for publication.
The Taiwan Immigration Department recently stated that Li Binhao, a Hong Kong resident, violated the purpose of staying in Taiwan, illegally engaged in tracking and filming students in Taiwan during his stay in Taiwan, and was forcibly deported in violation of Hong Kong and Macao regulations.
