The doctor felt that a corona test was urgently needed.

According to internal correspondence circulating in the Ministry of Health, Winhart is said to have insulted the medical staff and loudly spoke of "DNA theft".
He himself rejects the choice of words: “There was a battle of words.

Police move in after the confrontation
The police then moved in, probably alarmed by the doctor.

After the incident on Sunday, Winhart distributed a press release with sharp criticism of the working methods of the medical on-call service, who wanted to "let the corona hysteria run free".
He also submitted a request to the plenary session in the state parliament, which the state government now has to answer.
Tricky: Doesn't the MP have to be quarantined?
Politically much more sensitive: If a corona case occurs in the immediate vicinity of a member of the parliament, strict quarantine must also be observed here.
On Tuesday, however, the MP was again in a committee in the state parliament, there is a plenary session there today.
So far there has been no known corona infection among MPs.
For his part, Winhart attaches more importance to health protection.
In 2018 he made headlines nationwide with the quote that "if a negro kisses him or coughs in the neighborhood, then I have to know whether he is sick or is he not sick".
